2. What data we process
The only place on this site that collects personal data is the enquiry form on the Contact page.
- Required: your name, email address and message.
- Optional: your company name and phone number.
- Technical: your IP address and browser characteristics, which Cloudflare Turnstile receives when you submit the form to confirm that a person is sending it. The IP address is not stored with the enquiry.
Data about visits to the site is described in section 6. Please do not include special category data in your message — for example about health or religious or political beliefs. We do not ask for it and do not process it.
3. Purposes and legal basis
We process the data from the enquiry form to:
- answer your enquiry and confirm that we received it;
- prepare a quotation or commercial proposal;
- enter into and perform a contract if the enquiry becomes an order;
- protect the form against automated abuse.
The legal bases are the consent you give by submitting the form and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 11 of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”; for people in the EEA, Article 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).
We do not use this data for mailing lists, and we neither sell it nor pass it to third parties for marketing.
4. Recipients
We use the following services to run the site and deliver enquiries:
| Service | Purpose | Data | Country |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cloudflare | Site hosting, form protection (Turnstile) | IP address, technical request data | United States |
| Resend | Email delivery: the enquiry to us, a confirmation to you | All form fields; the confirmation carries only your name and email | United States |
| Visit statistics (Google Analytics) | Visit data; cookie identifiers only after consent | United States |
Your data is therefore transferred outside Ukraine and the EEA. The enquiry itself arrives in our mailbox at spetsgroup@ukr.net. Data is disclosed to public authorities only where the law requires it.
5. Retention
| Data | Period |
|---|---|
| Correspondence about an enquiry that did not lead to an order | Up to 3 years, then deleted |
| Correspondence and documents with customers | As required by tax and accounting law |
| IP address during the Turnstile check | Not stored with the enquiry |
| Your cookie choice and colour theme | In your browser until you clear the site’s data |
7. Security
- The site is served only over an encrypted HTTPS connection.
- The site keeps no database of enquiries: the form forwards each one by email straight away.
- Every enquiry is checked with Cloudflare Turnstile on the server before it is sent.
8. Your rights
Under Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” you have the right to:
- know what data about you is processed, by whom and why;
- access your data;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data erased or its processing stopped;
- object to the processing;
- withdraw your consent, which does not affect processing carried out before the withdrawal.
If you are in the EEA, the GDPR gives you the same rights.
To exercise any of them, write to spetsgroup@ukr.net. We answer within 30 calendar days. You may also complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or go to court, and in the EEA to the data protection authority of your country.
